Adding squat depth will take time and reps. Our main focus is to keep you safe and avoid or help muscles strengthen to heal injuries.
A couple quick things to think about are maintaining a braced core and upper body along with a controlled tempo. If you feel you are falling into the box before getting up just try a higher box and focus on muscle contraction.
