Demoulding and sorting thousands of little Easter eggs — that’s the name of the game today in our Calgary chocolate factory.
The perfect ones will go on to be foiled by hand and be readied for sale to@all of you chocolate lovers out there. The not perfect or broken ones will either be remelted in the chocolate tempering machines or will be put aside for inclusion in our boxes of “Pretty Goods” factory seconds.
