Ever see things in a house that make you go hmmmm?!
This is one of those things! Someone started painting trim and just gave up on it part way through! Given it's a pretty high ceiling point and only those brave enough to climb to the top will succeed...BUT.... if you haven't got the tools or ability to complete a DIY project, do not even start it! Just put the brush down and walk away! Call a pro!
Not only did the trim not get finished, there is a 1 inch section of paint completely missed above that window!
These little details are actually quite BIG details when it comes to selling your home!
This sends a message to potential buyers, and not a good message. It can lead a potential buyer to believe that little effort was put into maintenance. Even if that is not the case. Big red flag
So if you are wanting to sell your home quick and for top dollar. Fix up and finish those little BIG projects!
A well manicured home, is an attractive home!
