How about a 3 km Urban/Poling walk with lots of energy, fun, healthy exercise, and free?

Join the Urban Poling trainer and Health Promotion Ambassador, Jaqueline Murdoch, in this event, where she will teach the Urban Poling Technique and all the benefits of this trending activity.

Participants of all levels and all abilities are welcome. Poles will be provided.
Participants are also welcome to bring their poles.
