New Temporary 'Walkways' Now Available on Dundas Street directly out front of the shop. (It's basically just some new and improved gravel - but seems to be doing the job!) It's a bit sandy out front on Dundas Street and lots of heavy machinery so be cautious!
Dundas is still 'essentially' completely closed with no road access for vehicles from certain access points. If you do get through at Quebec Street (It's tight) feel free to park in a couple of the open lots or even short term behind the store. You can also access the entrance of The Western Fair Market from the Dundas Street entrance. *Check map for details*
Pedestrians have access to the local businesses who are OPEN and foot traffic continues. There are lots of new "insta-worthy" backdrops in the area... (You may even recognize a few from some our latest posts.) Don't get too close and be careful out there.
As for Ontario Street.. It’s ripped up real good. (Street Parking on Ontario Street is Available). There should be an opening for foot traffic, however you may have to cross the street to get around. **Please proceed with caution/take advantage of our new gravel walkways.
For other access to our direct block... Enter from Florence or Rectory and continue through The Western Fair parking lots towards The Market at Western Fair District. *There are lots of visible signs and lots of parking* — It can be a little hectic, be aware of your surroundings.
We're not going to lie or down play this... It's pretty terrible out there, a little crazy & somewhat insane. — But we're trying to staying positive.
