Returns & Exchanges ... we have a pretty awesome return policy, we have done our research
For FULL priced merchandise, you have 14 days from when you receive the items to get them back to us for a refund. We decided that it was best to offer a refund ... not store credit, we refund the original method of payment. It is up to the person returning the items to pay for the return shipping ... we do not deduct the original shipping cost from your return, only the return shipping. Returns sent back after our 14 day policy will not be accepted or processed.
As a small business, we do lose out on returns but we look at it as part of being an online store. If you have questions about items prior to ordering, we're here to help and answer those questions.
Which is why sale priced items are final sale, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This month we launched a Buy & Sell group you can re-sell your items in.
