⚙️Amputee warrior athlete Morris is pictured here on the end of the concentric (lifting) portion of his bird-dog exercise during. His personal training session is in our small private studio the Armoury this morning⚙️
Bird dogs are a fantastic exercise to build posterior chain (back of body) function. The movement is incredible for building core & back strength simultaneously. It’s also great for helping build strength & muscle in the rear delts (back of shoulder) and glutes ().
