Maybe you find yourself thinking about how much "better" your life would be if you could just get that promotion at work, or if your kids would just behave at school or something of the sort. It is in these types of moments that we detach from our reality , trying to avoid the problem at hand but also taking us away from all the good out there too. In many cases that one thing is something we can't change, at least not in the short term and obsessing about it simply cannot serve you. The most you can do is focus on the right now, on what you can change (mentality is a big one) and all that is good. And don't forget to fill you're cup! Take time for you. When you're feeling healthy your mental game is a lot stronger helping you navigate through those "grass is greener days"
