We are currently looking for outgoing and results-driven Retail Sales Associates to be responsible for sales activities and sales associate job duties. If you are a motivated team player and passionate about retail and footwear in general, we’d be happy to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product
features

• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

• Actively seek out customers in store

• Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product and discuss available options

• Cross sell products

• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements:

• An upbeat, positive attitude

• Hands-On Personality

• Customer service focus

• Proven working experience as sales associate

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High school degree

• Driver's License
