Re-Charge Fitness – That being said, imagine the amount of energy wasted towards dealing with that pain

Proper posture is more important then most people may believe. Have you ever seen someone who has terrible posture be energized, or always jumping off the walls? I haven’t! More often than not, someone with terrible posture will not be that “Positive Energizer Bunny.” Being slouched over leads to back pain, neck pain, shoulder impingement, etc. That being said, imagine the amount of energy wasted towards dealing with that pain. The amount of concentration lost as well. Too many people are living with bad posture, and there are many ways to help improve your posture... you can simply start by moving. And I’m not even talking about going to the gym; simply start walking around! Movement is medicine.

NOT enough, people take it seriously. We live in a world of desk junkies, we are sitting down too often; 80% of the population ends up having back pain. That simply doesn’t make sense. Ideally, you should look into strength training a minimum of 3x a week, but again, if that is too much of a commitment to start, that’s ok. Start by simply going for a walk multiple times throughout the day, I recommend Brendon Burchard's formula - go walk around for 2 minutes every 50 minutes throughout the day. This simple deed will aid your posture as you are opening up versus staying slouched in front of your desk, and it will even aid your productivity as it will let your mind reset and think a little more outside the box instead of being focused and stuck inside a box.

Now my friends, if this is something that affects you, you need to take ACTION now! Don’t wait until it gets worst, or severe pain kicks in, claim your freedom today, go see an expert that can help you regain your life back. You’ll notice once you have taken control, and have optimal posture, your energy levels will sky rocket, your concentration will be much better and you will probably even be a little more positive. Obtaining proper posture is a journey, it is earned, just like anything else. That doesn’t mean you do NOT start this journey, or you quit half way. The end result will be worth it.

Feel free to contact me, if I can’t help you it would be my pleasure to refer you to another professional that will be able to help you.

Much Love
