1st up... Youth Strength & Conditioning classes
These classes have become hugely popular that we`ve added another day and time to our schedule!
These classes are for youth aged 8-14 years old and are lead by National Stream Olympic Weightlifters Bayleigh Fleming and Katrina Brandt. Both ladies are NCCP certified and have years of coaching youth in both gymnastics, bodyweight movement and weightlifting.
The goal of these classes are to effectively instruct youth the proper mechanics and technique of weight training, and the effective usage of a fitness facility. All activities are age appropriate and utilize equipment specific for youth and their movement tenancies.
While these classes are popular for youth athletes as their dryland training for their sport of choice, for others these classes have become their sport of choice so-to-speak.
