We’re currently hiring for our Executive Chef position at our restaurant 1809 Restaurant & Bar. We are looking for someone creative who takes pride in the plates they create and has a love of Maritime flavours!
You should: have 2-3 years of experience, be able to supervise 11-15 people and be able to train them in preparation, cooking and handling of food, be able to maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory and on top of that be an organized, flexible team player!
