Anyone else over this heatwave
I seriously have the best husband ladies!
He clambered up into our attic in bazillion degree heat to rig up better support so we could finally hang this monstrous beast of a fan! And the timing could not have been better!
Now this girl would rather have central air and stunning light fixtures, but fans will have to do for now lol. And if you shop around there are some nice, budget friendly ones out there! The last house we lived in had 2 of these style and the air they give off is amazing! Unfortunately when we moved I discovered they were impossible to buy anywhere...maybe discontinued?! Then by some ridiculous stroke of luck I happen upon one on a buy and sell site...for $40!!!!! (They retail for over $400)! I was all over that like sauce on spaghetti!
The second photo is one I fell in love with for our main floor. The shade perfectly matched our track light above the fireplace and the "wood grain" didnt look cheap. I found this one at Lowes at snagged it on sale for $160.
