Wow, this letter has been difficult to write and we aren't shy to admit these days have been difficult. We love this place and we love the people that make this Store feel more like a second home, than a business. You are our family and the thought of not seeing you regularly--sharing a laugh, a class or sharing in our mutual love of papercrafting, has meant a tear or two has been shed.
As you all know, we have been adapting our business to meet the needs of our community during this uncertain time. We hope you all know how much your support and friendship means to us and that each decision we make is with the best interest of our team and our customers in mind. Government officials are urging the public to stay home and for non-essential businesses to close to the public. It is for those reasons, we have made the difficult decision to close the store to the public.
What does this mean for our community of customers?
Our Store will be temporarily closing as of Sunday, Mar. 22 at 5p.m
As of Monday, Mar. 23 the store will be closed to all walk in traffic.
Reduced Staff will be at the store Mon-Sat 10-4pm, however we will not be allowing people to enter. We are here to take phone orders 604-514-2229 and process email orders email@example.com.
These orders will be available for curbside pickup (Please call us with an ETA and we will bring your purchase to your car), shipping or delivery. We will be reducing our delivery schedule to once or twice a week, as we have reduced hours and staff. You can also leave your purchases for future pick-up, we will gladly keep them.
We will only be accepting payment over the phone (not in person) and will only be accepting Visa and Mastercard.
We will be unavailable on Sundays, so ask that any orders be sent via email.
Please note: if you send orders via Facebook messenger, there will be a delay. We will not be monitoring Messenger as much as our email account. We don’t have access to Facebook all the time and we fear we will miss your Facebook messages.
Our "Buy more, save more" sale will continue until we re-open.
We have lots of kits to go, available for all types of projects and these do come with instructions and pictures.
With the uncertainty we are facing, we are exploring all our options as a retailer and will be sure to share any updates with you. We are exploring all of our options re: ways to conduct classes online, etc.
We cannot thank you enough for standing beside us during this difficult time and we are determined we will see the other side of this challenge, stronger than ever. For those of our customers that are working on the front lines (medical staff, emergency services, grocery store staff, etc) we are thinking of you and thank you for all you do. We hope to see you curbside or on social media, please stay safe and healthy.
Kind Regards and much love,
Deanna, Lori, Stacey, Jo, Laura, Nicci and Darrah
