We are so excited to announce the return of art classes to HOFA!
Classes are returning to HOFA in February, offered by romantic impressionist artist, Nan Newman.
Thursday February 9th 11am-1pm Classic Paint 'n' Take
All levels of painters, ages 12 & over, are welcome in this cheerful artsy environment. Fellow painters easily follow an image of a still life of a BLUE VASE with SPRITELY DAISIES, along with Nan's guidance & support. At class end, you leave with your very own masterpiece!

9" X12" Canvas
Small, Medium & Large Acrylic Brushes
or supplies can be purchased from instructor for an additional $7
Saturday February 18th 11am-1pm The Painterly Paw
Art Instructor Nan Newman presents the Painted Pear. She will perform a short demo and recreate a Pear with acrylic paint. Tricks like how to harness the Pear and keep it from floating off the canvas will be addressed. Drawing should not be a fear. Spiders, now there’s a fear!
Painting fruit is a grand place to start, and ensures your art has a sense of believability. Like all paw prints, you will learn to recognize the language of art. This lesson is served up in bite sized pieces, meant to be informative, but not overwhelming.

Classes are $35 per person. When you sign up you receive a 10% off discount instore for the day of class to keep your creative learning going. Classes are limited to 10 people, so if you are interested in registering for a class please give us a call at 604-853-2400 or come visit us in-store. We do require a *preregistration and *pre-pay for all classes.
* 48 hours notice before class start time is required for cancellations for a full refund ~ after that time period, you will receive a store credit for 1/2 the class fee.
