Start by simply going for a walk multiple times throughout the day, I recommend Brendon Burchard's formula - go walk around for 2 minutes every 50 minutes throughout the day. This simple deed will aid your posture as you are opening up versus staying slouched in front of your desk, and it will even aid your productivity as it will let your mind reset and think a little more outside the box instead of being focused and stuck inside a box.
